About the Journal

Journal of Global Multiliteracies in Primary Education (JGMPE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Giga Worldwide, Indonesia. The journal provides a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and critical scholarship on multiliteracies and literacy education in primary education. It publishes original research articles, review articles, theoretical studies, and evidence-based educational practices that contribute to the advancement of literacy, communication, and learning among elementary school students.

The journal particularly welcomes manuscripts addressing multiliteracy development, language and literacy learning, digital literacy, media and information literacy, cultural and global literacy, critical literacy, visual and multimodal literacy, technological integration, inclusive literacy education, literacy assessment, teacher professional development, curriculum development, and innovative pedagogical practices in primary education.
